Thursday, July 18th 2024 at Irvin Meier Arena. The Wapello Pro Rodeo wants to welcome community members to have a free experience at the rodeo grounds. This event will act as a kickoff to the Wapello Pro Rodeo weekend and will provide a positive experience for anyone who wishes to come.
The night will include free admission, food and retail vendors, an NBHA (National Barrel Horse Association) barrel racing inside the arena, live music, and a kickoff spot for the Chief Wapello Days lighted parade. We also plan on holding a non-competitive Lil Buckaroo/Cowgirl pageant, free for all kids, included in the night.
